Ventilation tactics can be enhanced using Mechanical fan. This ventilation tactic is called Positive Pressure Ventilation, often referred to as PPV.

Positive pressure ventilation is difficult to use as an offensive mode within or at the door of the fire compartments, but it is useful in maintaining (pressurising) corridors and stairwells
